Since I was a child, I’ve always been amazed at how good my mom is at bargaining with store-owners (i.e. tawaran), to the point where she could get away just paying for a quarter of the price. While I can’t bring myself to hustle like she does, I have within me the same desire to look for the best deals out there and get the most out of my money.
I don’t do impulsive buying. I research my purchases online weeks or even months before I actually buy something.
I don’t use credit cards. They are evil and will lead you to have huge debts if you’re not too careful. Pay cash as much as possible.
I don’t care about what’s hot. I get gadgets with features that matches my needs, and ignore those that are full of hype.
This site will reflect all these things, and will feature practical tips to aid would be gadget-buyers, especially in these tough economic times. No crappy marketing, just honest-to-goodness news and reviews.
